Offline Setup

One-time, ~5 min

Do this once on each driver's phone, while on WiFi. After that, every vehicle's Pre-Trip / Repair / Sign-Off works without signal.

  1. Install Jotform Mobile from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
  2. Open the app. Sign in with the shared ap@shambhalamusicfestival.com account (ask your supervisor for the password).
  3. Stay on WiFi. From the all-vehicles index, tap into any 3 vehicles and open each button (Pre-Trip, Repair, Sign-Off). The first time you open a form on a device while signed in, Jotform downloads it for offline use — only needs to happen once per form, not per vehicle.
  4. Test it: turn on airplane mode → scan a vehicle's QR sticker → tap Pre-Trip → form should still open and accept input → submit → it queues locally. Turn airplane mode off → submission auto-syncs in seconds.

If a form ever fails to open offline, it just means that specific form wasn't cached yet on this phone — reconnect to WiFi briefly and open the form once; it'll work offline from then on.
